Copy a format text doesn't work in paste phase on Window XP

There are various code tables. Text created in one code table is "transformed" into different text in another application where there is different code table.

If I try to copy a format text and then try to paste (also with special paste) I'm not able to save the format. I'm working on Windows XP and Office 2003.
